Another shortbread today. I really enjoy making shortbread as it always tastes good and is quick to make. Today’s shortbread has pecans and a rather surprising ingredient: Rice Krispies. Admittedly, I used chocolate Rice Krispies instead of plain, but the difference is negligible.
On the writing side, I wrote four pages in between teaching. Yay, me! The hour I devote to writing starts in twenty minutes and I’m really looking forward to it.
